Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Serape Bleu does not offer refunds. Approved returns may be handled as an exchange or store credit, based on the item and purchase details.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All sales after 30 days are final. Discounted items and clearance items are final sale.
